The seventies have returned this spring with a vengeance and I am loving it.

I picked up some extremely flared jeans and am on the look out for some serious seventies vibe shoes.
Ever since Rena introduced us to the absolutely perfect block heel, I have not been able to get that silhouette out of my head.

Hot look this spring
The only stumbling block (excuse the pun) with this shoe is the price point.
I have found this Reed Krakoff sandal, with a marginally better price tag, as an other example of the look that promises to be so hot this spring.
Heeled loafer
The loafer in all its various heel heights is another trend that is strong this spring. Has this shoe ever really gone out of style?

Again it is brought on-trend with the block heel and cognac colour so very reminiscent of the 70's era.
I particularly like this little number. The River Island Rexy Block heeled loafer is classy but with a serious punch of attitude.
Lime green, not for the shy ones
This fresh lime green colour I have seen pop up in many a store around town but only here on shoes. These are not for the shy ones among us.
The exquisite detail on the heel of these peep toes is the the work of none other than Tracey Neuls.
