Last Saturday it was that time again. A time I do not relish, I find a waste of money and consider sheer ugliness. I tried to get out of it, tried to find an alternative, tried to procrastinate just a few more weeks. By no means are hubby and I runners, but we do walk 5.5 km almost every day at a very good pace. So one of the most basic pieces of equipment needed by us was footwear with the proper fit, design and comfort. It sure makes a difference in walking in comfort but most of all it prevents unnecessary injuries. Being prone to these, I had no other choice. I came home with runners, and I hate to tell you but they are pink, I hate pink runners, but they were on sale.

Well today I am adding My Favourite Shoes to the line up of blogs covering all this glitz.  
When I first saw them I was reminded of the ruby red slippers of Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz.  Magical shoes.  Miu Miu delivered again this season.
